Refunds and Returns Policy

At Megan Leigh Acosta LLC, we strive to provide enriching and engaging art experiences. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Refunds and Cancellations

Non-Refundable Deposit:
When you pay for enrollment, your enrollment fee includes a $20 non-refundable deposit. This deposit covers administrative and material preparation costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start of the class are eligible for a refund, less a non-refundable $20 deposit.
Cancellations Within 14 Days:
Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to the start of the class are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual for the same class if prior notice is provided.

Missed Classes

Because of the limited capacity and high demand of our courses and workshops, we do not offer makeups or refunds for missed classes, even if you know you will miss ahead of time.

Class Transfers

Transferring Your Registration:
If you are unable to attend a class, you may transfer your registration to another person for the same class. To request a transfer, please email us at megan@meganleighacosta.com with the details of the new participant. Transfers must be arranged no later than 24 hours before the start of the class.
Transferring to a Different Class:
Class transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 14 days before the start of the originally scheduled class. Additional fees may apply for classes of greater value.

Class Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund, including the deposit, or the option to transfer your registration to another available class.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To request a refund or class transfer, please email us at megan@meganleighacosta.com with your registration details. Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.

By registering for a class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
